How to repair corrupt or damaged SD card, flash drive


Happy! It's weekend again and alongside this weekend is a very nice blog post that will show you how to repair/fix any damaged or corrupted flash drive and SD card. 
This method i will be showing you today, can be used to fix or repair any kind of corrupted SD card or flash drive regardless of what caused the damage or how it happened.

It is very advantageous to note the causes of SD card/flash drives damage or else you'll keep on getting your memory card and flash drives corrupted/damaged all the time.

How to repair corrupt or damaged SD card or flash drive



The causes of flash drive/SD card damage are mostly due to uploading of illegal, unprotected and dangerous files like Android ROMs, ported TWRP etc and softwares like exposed installer, RAM expander and so on. This are mostly the major reasons why your SD card/flash drives gets corrupted and damage easily. 

However, some corrupted or damaged SD cards are merely fixed by a normal system formatting and it becomes as good as new while others won't even let you format them, they keep on giving error messages like windows can't format disk. Nevertheless, no matter which kind of error message you get when trying to format any corrupted or damaged SD card or flash drive, this post will guide you on how to repair corrupt or damaged SD card, flash drive in just seconds. All you need is patience in following. 

Let's start! 

Materials Needed 

1. Laptop or Desktop computer 

2. Card reader (for inserting of the micro SD card) 

After having all these materials, follow the procedures below to get started. 

Procedures to follow 

==> Firstly, insert the corrupted or damaged SD card into your computer. 

==> Secondly, you'll have to launch the RUNapp of your windows computer. To launch this app, click on the windows button on your computer and type RUN into the search box. Now launch the RUN app that comes up in the search results. 

==> Having launched the RUN app, typeCMD in the text box given there. 

==> Done that? If yes, also type inDISKPART 

==> Again, type in LIST DISK 

==> Next, also type in SELECT DISK 1 

==> Type in CLEAN 

==> Type in CREATE PARTITION PRIMARY 

==> Don't get tired yet, also go ahead to type in ACTIVE 

==> Type in SELECT PARTITION 1 

==> Finally, write/type in FORMAT FS=FAT32 

==> Don't touch anything again. Allow it for like 30 minutes and wait for the process to complete. 

==> Once the process is completed, now remove your SD card or flash drive from your computer. 

Boom! Your flash drive, SD card or memory card whatever you call it is as perfect and good as a newly bought one.
